Q: What happens if I forget to print my ticket or Legends Pass?

A: Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! You are welcome to show your ticket confirmation on your mobile device. If you don’t have a mobile device you can show a form of ID and a staff member will be able to seat you in your allocated seats.

Q: What happens if I arrive late?

A:  Legends Pass holders are required to arrive 10 minutes before the Feature Show commences. Failure to do so may result in the allocated seats being given to other patrons. If you are running late and are unable to arrive by the assigned time please contact the Events hotline on 0439 644 947 and a Surfers Paradise Alliance staff member will keep your seat/s reserved until you arrive.

Q: Where is the best place to park?

Q: Where can I get food?

Q: Where can I smoke?

A: Smoking is not permitted in or within 10m of the VIVA marquee. Normal smoking regulations prevail in this instance.

Q: Where can I stay in Surfers Paradise so I am close to all the action?

Q: I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund or give this ticket to someone else?

A: Unfortunately refunds are not available, however tickets can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend the Feature Show that the tickets were purchased for. If you are no longer able to attend please call 07 5584 3700 and advise of the ticket holders name change.

Q: What is included in a Legends Pass?

A: Legends Passes are perfect for those who want to experience and enjoy all that VIVA Surfers Paradise has to offer. Not only will you receive premium seating to all Feature Shows you will also receive a host of other inclusions that are exclusive to Legends Pass holders. Click here to find out more.

Q: What is the difference between a Gold and Silver ticket and what is included?

A: Both the Gold and Silver ticket options allow you to avoid the queues and enter via the exclusive Ticket Holders entry at your leisure. Gold Tickets offer premium seating towards the front of the VIVA Marquee, while Silver Tickets are positioned further back from the main stage.

Q: How and where can I purchase tickets?

A: Legends Pass Early Bird Specials will be on sale initially, before being released at their full price. Once Legends Pass sales have concluded Gold and Silver tickets will be available to all Feature Shows. Tickets can be purchased online via surfersparadise.com or alternatively can be purchased from the Ticket Sales Marquee from 3pm – 7pm each evening.

Q: Can I choose a specific seat?

A: Yes, great news you are able to select your preferred seat. When purchasing your preferred ticket type a map will appear with the relevant seating options. Once you have reviewed the map you will then need to select your preferred seating option from the drop down box.

Q: Are there seating areas reserved for wheelchairs or special access?

A: Yes, disabled access seats are available for Legends Pass, and Gold and Silver ticket holders. Legends Pass holders who purchase a disabled access seat will receive a complimentary companion seat. This will automatically be added at the time of booking.

Q: How and when will I receive my tickets?

A: A confirmation email with your seat allocations will automatically be sent to the email address provided. If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 24 hours please check your Junk Mail.
